When you need a mobile ship loader, our wheeled and tracked mobile radial telescopic ship loader may be one of your best choices. The radial and telescopic features allow the operator to easily trim the hatch or multiple hatches from one feeding position reducing hatch change times and production downtime. Lengths range from 32m (105ft) to 58m (190ft) and loading capacities range from 100t/h to 3000t/h.
Main Components of Radial Telescopic Shiploader
Radial telescopic shiploaders mainly consists of these following components. These components can form a compacted and integrated radial telescopic mobile ship loading conveyor.
The main components are:
- Full sealed feed-in point
- Outer conveyor and inner conveyor
- Heavy duty steel undercarriage to maximum carrying support
- Power Source: diesel engine or outer electric (optional)
- Control: operator cabins and radio remote control consoles (optional)
- Mobile units: radial plinth, wheeled dolly unit, diesel/electric tracked unit (optional)
- Dust extraction filtration system (optional)
- Conveyor Cover and Telescopic dust cover (optional)
- Telescopic loading chute (optional)
Feed-in Methods of Radial Telescopic Shiploader
- Fed by truck unloader: Using a tracked bulk reception feeder to feed a shiploader.
- Fed by mobile hopper feeder: Using a tracked or wheeled hopper feeder to feed a ship loader.
- Fed by link conveyors: Using a portable grasshopper conveyor to feed a ship loader.
- Fed by overhead conveyor or fixed belt conveyor: using a stationary belt conveyor or a tripper car to feeding a ship loader.
Radial and Telescopic Features of Ship Loader
1. Radial Features
The radial traveling design can allow the operator to load a number of hatches from one single feed-in point without re-positioning the equipment. Radial function allows the ship-loader to be positioned in a number of central loading points, allowing multiple hatches to be loaded while minimizing the hatch change times.

2. Telescopic Features
The telescopic boom conveyor can trim a number of hatches without moving the feeding equipment. The use of the telescopic technology eliminates the downtime caused in production by having to move the equipment with a more efficient and effective process, especially during final stages of loading when trimming the vessel.

Mobile Units of Radial Telescopic Shiploader
Our radial telescopic ship loaders are available in 3 mobile configurations. Different moving methods can meet different layout requirements and budgets.
Radial Telescopic Shiploader Moving Units
The mobile configurations are:
- Radial Plinth: it allows the machine to be bolted to the ground or a trailer.
- Wheeled Dolly Unit: The wheeled dolly unit with integrated tow titch allows the machine to be transported around via wheel loader or other machines.
- Tracks: The tracked unit allow the self-propelled site movement in ports or in-land terminals.
