This is portable radial telescopic stacker for handling coking coal and iron ore. And it will be mainly used in indoor material yards facing high dust, humidity and corrosive environments.

This is a wheel travel radial telescopic conveyor for a power plant.

Features

• Flexible adjustment of the material stacking height (7-10 meters) and angle to achieve transfer from the stockpile area to the blind area (such as the dead corner at the edge of the stockpile).
• The telescopic arm design can cover a 40-meter operating radius, meet the needs of long-distance transfer, and realize ore transfer between two material yards.
• Set up a receiving bin with a buffer structure at the bottom. The width of the receiving bin must meet the three-sided feeding of the forklift.
• The high-power drive system meets the large processing capacity (1000 tons/hour).
• Two funnels are required, one at the tail of the mobile trolley and the other on the stacker-reclaimer track. It has the function of moving and self-locking, and can be directly connected to the large belt system of the stacker-reclaimer to achieve continuous feeding. The funnel needs to be affixed with a stainless steel lining greater than 10mm to keep it wear-resistant, smooth and non-blocking.
